DISTINCTIVE PETS IS A A SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS RUN BY MYSELF, JO.

I'm married to Richard and have 2 grown up children. 

Inspired by my own dogs at that time Black Labrador sisters Muppet and Twizzle I wanted to provide healthy treats and lovely gifts not found on the high street. 

We have 3 lovely labradors; Muppet, Molly and lockdown puppy Rosie. All three are very much a part of the family and my love for giving them the best is a driving force for selecting the best UK products I can source. 

I focus on quality hand-picked products and try to get things not found on the high street. 

In 2016 I embarked on a personal journey and during the last 2 years lost over 8 stone in weight by changing my diet to healthy eating with Slimming World.

This has made me think about what we feed our pets. I set about researching healthy treats and dog food (including Seven Pet Food grain free), to offer other pet owners healthier options for their pets.

Located in East Yorkshire we sell online and at selected events during the year which you can find out about on our social media pages.

The team at the shows consists of myself Jo, Richard and occasionally my son, Tom with Muppet & Molly as chief product testers and Rosie as the trainee.
